Does anybody know the name of this movie? i remember it perfectly.?

it star-rs the actor that did Peter Parker.


He watched a show.This man came to him and asked him a few questions about the show. The television show was black and white. The people had no idea what sex, art, literature, education, bad stuff, or anything beyond their town. So when he and hi sister went into the television show they changed things. It began with the sister, she had sexual intercourse with a guy. They began to change colors. They were no longer black and white. So then people began to have sexual intercourse and began to change colors. I also remember the mother masturbating, and she changed color. She had to wear make-up to cover it up.
it's a pretty good movie/
